Diversified Sourcing Solutions was founded as Dixie Staffing Services in 1989 with the goal of providing employees efficiently and effectively as our clients needed them.  A strong sense of urgency and ownership throughout our staff has enabled us to accomplish that goal. Maintaining multiple office locations in most of our markets facilitates a quick response for our clients’ needs.

Dixie Staffing Services has now evolved into a complete human resource solutions provider.  Because we now offer so much more than staffing, in September of 2008 we changed our name to Diversified Sourcing Solutions to more accurately reflect the company we are today.

The principal owners average twenty-five years of experience in this industry and the majority of key managers within our company have tenure of fifteen years or more.
